Foxhollow’s Vegetable Garden is located a quick stroll away from our Farm Store. Foxhollow Gardens are cared for using biodynamic methods, crop rotation, and companion planting. Produce is grown and harvested with care and brought from our farm to our community’s tables.
Foxhollow Garden
Maggie Keith, co-owner of Foxhollow, had dreamed of being in the garden full time since the founding of Foxhollow Farm in 2007. Since 2012, she has been leading Foxhollow Gardens with her wonderful team, Jared and Katie. The goal of the Foxhollow Garden is to learn, inspire, and grow. Our Garden has everything from bright red heirloom tomatoes, crunchy green beans, spicy radishes, and purple carrots to sweet watermelons and giant pumpkins. The garden is able to produce food of the highest quality almost year round thanks to a fantastically flourishing 2700 square foot high tunnel and a newly improved greenhouse and root cellar. Foxhollow Farm’s produce is available at St. Mathew’s Farmers’ Market, Rainbow Blossom, The Root Cellar, and some of the best restaurants in town. Check our facebook page often for updates.
Vegetable CSA (Community Supported Agriculture)
Pavel’s is our CSA growing partner. Since 2007, he has been farming at Foxhollow using chemical free, organic and biodynamic methods. Each year, supporters pay a fee to join his CSA, which he uses to purchase essential supplies like seeds to start growing. In return for their investment, CSA members receive a box overflowing with fresh produce from May – November. Check his Facebook page for availability and information.
You can also find Pavel’s produce at the Douglas Loop Farmers’ Market.
