Self-Guided Nature Trail
Come take a self-guided tour of Foxhollow Farm’s 1,300-acres and hike our nature trail through the woods! Get a breath of fresh air and reconnect with nature. Self-guided nature trail hikes are open Tuesday – Saturday 10am – 5pm. Please sign in at the Farm Store prior to using the trail. Guided nature hikes are available upon request.
$2 suggested donation per person.
Tour with the Proprietor
Janey Newton, Foxhollow Farm’s owner and CEO, will take you on a behind-the-scenes tour of Foxhollow Farm. This is an opportunity to learn first hand about the methods and philosophy of bio-dynamic agriculture and the tale of how Foxhollow grew to what it is today. You will visit special spots on the land that are near and dear to her.
$90 per group, up to 15 people
Canning and Preserving Private Lesson
It is heart warming to see a pantry filled with canned vegetables from the summer’s garden. Join the Foxhollow canning team, who will walk you through the age-old processes of canning and preserving food for the winter months. You will leave the class with a canned good and practical information so that you can preserve your harvest in your own home.
$150 per private lesson. Max 5 people.
