Produce in the Garden

This year, the Market Garden and Farm Store offered everything from tomatoes, beans, onions, and pumpkins to Jerusalem artichokes and peanuts. The Market Garden’s goal is to provide the highest quality produce to the community and to educate and inspire the Foxhollow Community who’s help make it all possible. Farm-fresh produce is available at our Farm Store every Saturday from 10am to 5pm.

Vegetable CSA (Community Supported Agriculture)

Pavel Ovechkin operates the vegetable CSA at Foxhollow Farm. From the end of May to early November; Pavel grows delicious vegetables using organic and bio-dynamic gardening methods. Subscribers to the CSA enjoy a full box of freshly picked vegetables each week.  You can also find Pavel’s Produce in our Farm Store.  Contact Pavel at 502-938-0988 to sign up for a CSA share.
