Participants will learn how to identify 20+ native trees, using spring features and emerge from this class with a basic learning structure that they can then use to further their own naturalist education! Participants should be in good physical condition, and should be able to hike off trail if necessary.  Dress for the for the worst weather!  This hike will go on rain or shine! Come prepared for rain. Wear waterproof hiking boots that cover the ankle, dress in several layers.  Bring extra socks and shoes just in case.  Most of all, bring an open mind with lots of questions!
