Our Market Garden: We have a thriving market garden,grown using organic and biodynamic methods.  We are working towards a truly sustainable farm that will bring healthy foods to local families and restaurants.  You will find our produce at The Beargrass Christian "heart of St.Mathews" farmers' markets on Saturdays 8am to noon starting May 15th and at LaGrange Farmers' Market Saturdays 8am-1pm starting June 5th. We have our produce in our Farm Store at Foxhollow Farm year round. 

Vegetable CSA Program (Cummunity Supported Agriculture) is operated by one of our farming partnerships; Pavel Olvechkin.  The CSA is managed so that its members financially support the labor and supplies for the upcoming growing season in exchange for fresh and healthy vegetables. For a modest fee of $500.00, CSA members pick up a full box of freshly picked vegetables each week from the end of May through the first week of November. Your box will be filled with whatever was freshly picked that morning. Please Contact us for more information.
