This Friday you can choose either a Roasted vegetable (Foxhollow Zucchini, squash, eggplant, and tomato) Panini with Foxhollow Basil Pesto and Capriole goat cheese OR a turkey, oven roasted Foxhollow Farm tomato, Capriole goat cheese panini with Foxhollow basil pesto. Both served with a Foxhollow Farm chilled hungarian squash soup. Eat it here at our farm on a picnic or on one of our lovely picnic tables or take it to go.
Summer Canning Classes - Saturday July 31st & August 14th
1 pm to 5 pm - $30/ per class (includes whatever you can!!!)
August is canning season! Come to the Foxhollow Farm Kitchen and learn how to preserve those beans and tomatoes so that you can enjoy the taste of the garden all winter long. Sandy Meredith who has been canning straight from her garden for over 20 years will guide you through the entire process. We will provide the supplies and produce.

An internationally known environmental artist from Slovenia who has designed the practice of Geopuncture (acupuncture for the Earth), in which hand carved stone pillars are placed on specific areas of the landscape. Marko’s Geopuncture works are located in Europe, Brazil, Ecuador, South Africa, Kazakhstan and at Foxhollow Farm in Crestwood, KY. Marko is returning to the Louisville area in order to create a grouping of geopuncture stones for the Norton Commons Community.
