Vital Foods preserve the life-enhancing nutrients from the earth. The purpose of our gardening and cooking education program is to help people bring vital foods to their table.
What is Vital Foods?
Fresh food that has traveled the shortest distance from the earth to you table ~ Food that comes from land that is managed with natural and sustainable farming and gardening methods, keeping the nutrients in the food organic and biodynamic ~ Food that is grown from seeds gathered directly from the plans as opposed to being genetically modified in a laboratory ~ Food that is prepared with cooking methods that preserve its natural flavors, enzymes and nutrients.
